 Quality starts from Raw Material;
Main production inputs of laminates are resin and paper. Pelit Arslan makes its own resin due to being an integrated plant. However, our plant being capable to catch high quality all time has developed many multi purpose glues by making investment on know-how as well. Kraft paper being carrying paper and decoration paper used on surface are supplied to our company in special quality and under specific conditions from reputed companies of the world.
Investment on Technology;
Both Kraft paper and decorative paper are impregnated in separate different impregnation lines and wound to coils for roller laminates or cut as plates for HPL impregnation. Impregnation process is performed with very sensitive computer control system in our latest technology, economic environment-friendly impregnation machines.
Control at Each Phase;
Beside whole automation, at the exit of impregnation, impregnated paper controlled by our expert engineers in laboratory, is stored under suitable conditions for final phase.
Economy from Production;
In parallel with production flow scheduled in accordance with demand impregnated paper is put into production program and computer controls and inspection are executed in hot multi layers presses on continuous presses. We are proud to have highest capacity, modern HPL press in our factory, which is capable to press maximum laminates in one closing in Turkey.
Sensitive Quality Control and Classification
Laminates sized and rubbed down with emery in press exits will be classified later on very carefully in EN standard.
